Delete Your Account

You can delete your Crewik account yourself at any time, in the Crewik app or on the web. It is deleted straight away, and it cannot be undone.

How to Delete Your Account

In the Crewik app

1. Open Crewik and tap Me.
2. Tap Delete account. The app lists any crews that will be deleted with it.
3. Type your password and tap Delete my account.

On the web

1. Sign in at app.crewik.com.
2. Open the menu with your name and choose Profile.
3. Under Delete Account, press Delete Account and type your password.

If you cannot sign in

Write to hello@crewik.com from the email address on the account and ask us to delete it. We check that it is you, and delete the account within 30 days.

What Is Deleted

• Your profile: your name, email address, phone number, address, photo and password.
• Your sign-ins: on every phone and browser, along with what we use to send notifications to your phones.
• Your place in every crew you are on, and what those crews held under your account: the days you were assigned to, your travel and room assignments, your check-ins, the messages you wrote and the payments recorded for you.
• Every crew you own, with everything in it: its days and schedules, travel, hotels and rooming lists, equipment, set lists, documents and files, messages and money records. A subscription for the crew is cancelled at the same time.
• The copy on your phone: the app deletes everything it keeps on the phone when you delete your account or sign out.

A crew you own is deleted for everyone on it, so tell the people who use it before you delete your account.

What Is Kept

• What belongs to a crew you worked with. A crew you are on but do not own keeps its own records. Days or schedule lines you added to it stay, no longer linked to you. So does anything its managers typed in themselves, such as your name on a rooming list. To have that removed, ask the crew or write to us.
• Payment records. If you paid for a subscription, Stripe, our payment provider, keeps the invoices and payment records for as long as tax and accounting law requires. They hold none of your crews' information.
• Backups and logs. Backups of our database and server logs made before you deleted your account are not edited, so your information can remain in them until they are themselves deleted.

Removing Something Without Deleting Your Account

You can change your name, phone number, address and photo yourself, in the app or on the web. To have anything else removed and keep your account, write to hello@crewik.com.
